So Sad!

It's retirement time for several of my favorite stamp sets, but I am loving the sneak peaks that are coming out of the new catalog!  Click on the icon for current specials to view the retired products lists!

July will be my official kick off into the new Stampin' Up! year, and details will be coming in the following weeks about open houses, new class opportunities, and a change in hostess benefits... all good things!!

This week though, I am devoted to my family, and getting some sewing done for church camp until my catalog comes!!!

Go shop the retired sets and accessories, they are already going fast!

My Craft Room- Updated!!

When I first started, I had a very modest corner of the bedroom. Well today, it has expanded! LOL!

My husband built me two new nifty shelves, one to set my Cricut on and store my 8.5x11 cardstock underneath, the other above my magnetic board and clip up bar for my clear stamps to go in, and my wood mounts to go one. Its pretty nifty!!

I think everyone should have a place to play! HeHe!!

Have a great day!
Amanda

A couple of new projects...

I have been working on a couple of other projects, and am about to have to put away my scrapbooking/card making to break out the sewing machine for awhile (a quilt for my daughter's birthday and culottes for church camp for me and 2 girls)... so I am going to share everything I can between now and then!

I really like this card, and I even used the remnants from the Bigz Lattice die for the Bigshot...

Some bookmarks I did for a youth gathering with a few of our local churches and I got to speak!

I am on the right, pictured here with my friend Darla Pearce.

Blessings

Long Time, No blog!

I haven't been here in a couple of months, but I have been wrapped up in some busy stuff with my Stampin' Up club and making cards for Operation Write Home, and waiting for a total redesign for my blog by the fabulous Ms. Michelle Laycock. I can't wait to see what she comes up with, and I can't wait for my new blog design! YAY!

So, I was asked by a close friend to make hand made baby shower invites for her sister-in-law. It was an honor of course, and then the hard work started, here's a tiny picture of how they turned out.

Loved how they turned out!!
Products used: Buttons, Buttons embosslits, 1 3/4 scallop circle punch, early espresso taffeta ribbon, vellum, pink pirouette card stock (4x6 sized) and Bella Toile Background stamp with Early Espresso Ink.

A card I made for an all occasions card swap with extras for Operation Write Home. I kinda CASE'd the idea for the card from Kris McIntosh. If you have time, you should definately go check her blog out... so creative!! Tempting Turquoise base, whisper white layer, perfect polka dots embossing folder, big shot, brights collection designer series paper, scallop square punch, scallop border punch, Level 2 Cute By the Inch Hostess set.

Another card I did for a swap for Operation Write Home. Whisper White cardstock base, early espresso and crumb cake inks, early espresso taffeta ribbon, Marina Mist layer, ticket stub corner punch, large scallop oval punch, vintage wallpaper embossing folder, big shot, Apple Blossoms Level 2 hostess stamp set.
See, I have been busy! LOL!

More projects to post, just no time to post it!

Have a great day!

Amanda :)
